Article Seven - Amendments to the Usage Agreement and Fees:

1. If any clause or item in this agreement is cancelled or becomes ineffective, it does not cancel the validity of the remaining clauses and items.

2. This agreement, which may be amended from time to time, forms the mechanism, understanding, agreement between the consumer and the store.

Article Eight - Payment and Settlement Services in the Store:

1. The store provides the payment and settlement system through its partners in the store. Payment can be made entirely online through available payment options or through any payment method provided by the store from time to time.

2. The store is committed to specifying the price of the service or product it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.

Article Nine - Store Responsibility:

1. The store is committed to conducting its business through this electronic platform in a legal manner according to the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the provisions of this agreement.

2. The store does not assume any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly or indirectly, or arising from the consumer or third parties such as shipping companies.

3. (Bifua) and its affiliates, employees, owners, and representatives commit that the product or service is sound, legitimate, authorized, and used for legitimate purposes according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Ten - Access Restriction or Membership:

The store may suspend, cancel, or restrict the consumer's membership or access to the platform's services at any time without notice and for any reason.

Article Eleven - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This usage agreement is governed and formulated according to the laws, regulations, and legislation applicable and in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject completely and entirely to the regulations applied by the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Twelve - General Provisions:

If any clause or item in this usage agreement is cancelled or becomes ineffective, this does not cancel the validity of the remaining clauses and items in the usage agreement. This usage agreement, which may be amended from time to time, constitutes the usage agreement, the mechanism of operation, understanding, agreement, and contract between the store and the consumer. Both parties to this agreement agree to consider the following:

1. The Arabic language is used when interpreting the provisions of this agreement or translating it into another language.

2. All prices displayed on the store's services or products may be subject to change from time to time.

3. Promotional or marketing offers that the store may place are temporary, and the store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

4. The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not contradict the legal rules, regulations, and laws relating to the nature of the relationship between the store and the consumer.

5. This usage agreement cannot be cancelled except by a decision issued by the store's management.
